That sounds so depressing. Maybe I’m just in a mood. Or I was when I was thinking about it.
But then a little good news from a doctor and I’m feeling much better.
However the title still rings true. Most of our problems are self created. Some of mine are mental creations and some are physical side effects to my behavior, some are plain consequences to my actions and choices along the way.
Today I am going to be kind to myself. Not continue to do damage, but be free from the damage and start repairing, rebuilding.
Today reject damage and embrace healing.
