I’ve been working on that yesterday and today and something stuck out at me. Compression. We hear that a lot in yoga. We compress our internal organs, our glands, our muscles, our spine, our veins. The list goes on and on.

It’s right there! In the prescription for injury! Find compression, find healing. Not sure where to start? 

Try to put some healthy compression on your lower stomach. Start by lying on your back, hug your thighs to your stomach. Pull on your knees as tight as you can. That’s it. Healthy compression of your stomach. And a bunch of good things can happen. Not so hard, give it a try.
