The 30 Day Challenge

I start on a 30 day challenge tomorrow and if you are thinking about it, you should be, and here’s why:

  • If you are trying to make a life change….this will change your life. Commitment, dedication. Giving yourself an hour a day for 30 days will help this change, cementing your goals.
  • If you have been newly trying yoga….commit to this. There are tons of different classes this month and it forces you to try new classes and find out all there is to enjoy in yoga.
  • If you have going for awhile…. Pick a pose, take a picture on day one and a pose on day 30. You won’t believe how far you will advance. I promise you! I’ve seen amazing results. Be dedicated, it will work! 
  • If you are a teacher, a teacher trainee, or someone who has never tried yoga before….give yourself over to it. Just show up. Give your energy to the room and the people embarking on a journey, a challenge, a month of dedication, a tribe filling the space working towards one goal. Breathing together, moving as one.
