Ode to my knees

On a previous blog I wrote an ode to my breasts, here I am, 6 years later getting who knows what done to one of my failing knees. I’m about a week away.

Feeling sad for all the energy I still have is being halted by knees that can’t keep up.

Right now I am enjoying other activities. Working, knitting, traveling with family. While I once again wait to be in pain. Ugh, that sounds so melodramatic. Let’s put it in perspective, I’ve got a beautiful family while wars and death rage around the world and people locally have lost everything. I’m happy to be knitting and working. So thankful for what I have been given.
